PARACHUTE JUMP FOR CHILDRENS CANCER
Celebrating his 90th birthday, on a date to be advised, Life Member and long standing club member Lion Ray Norton will take part in a tanden Parachute jump from 15.000 feet landing on the beach in front of the Semaphore Surf Life Saving Club. Lion Ray did a similar jump when he celeb
rated his 80th brthday a decade ago.
Our club supports Lion Ray in this activity and will collect donations for the Australian Lions Childhood Cancer Research Foundation (ALCCRF). Cakes and puddings are available all year round and can be purchased by contacting any of our members or Peter McKinnon on the email link shown above.
The cakes can be decorated and used for birthday cakes and other celebrations. Just ask a member. Enquire about our Mini Fruit Cales (80g) sold singularly for $2-00 each. All Christmas products are available at our sausage sizzle outlets and are availble throughout the year.
We conduct regular Sausage Sizzles at Bunnings Hardware, Windsor Gardens. Profits from these events are used to fund Club, National, and International projects.
The Club is available to conduct sausage sizzles for organisations that require help to run a function, eg Birthday parties, Anniversaries, Christmas Parties, etc. (conditions apply).
